Data we collect

The reservation and quote request forms collect only the information needed to handle your request: name, telephone number, email address where applicable, number of guests, requested date and time slot, and any message you may add.

This information is sent to the restaurant by email so that we can get back to you and organise your visit. It is not stored in a database, is never used for commercial purposes and is never shared with any third party. Technical delivery of the emails is handled by the email service of our host, Hostinger. Requests are kept only for as long as needed to process them, then deleted.

The site is hosted in the European Union, on a server located in France.

Cookies

Browsing this site places no cookies on your device: no audience measurement, no advertising trackers, no third-party services. No consent banner is therefore required.

Only the administration area, reserved for the restaurant team, uses a session cookie strictly necessary for it to work.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to and restrict the processing of your personal data.
