The house
One house, one chef, one dining room
Ostatua — "the inn" in Basque. A forty-seat dining room in the Maignon district of Anglet, where everything is made here, by us: the bread, the stocks, the ice creams, the gâteau basque.
At lunch, an elegant, efficient table for people in a hurry. In the evening — Thursday, Friday and Saturday — a table that takes its time.
